Trimark to Provide SCADA, Revenue Metering and RIG for 20MW North Lancaster CADRC Project
Folsom/ Chatsworth/ Sunnyvale Calif. & Norfolk, VA – Trimark Associates, Inc. (Trimark) was entrusted by Rosendin Electric (Rosendin) to deploy its end-to-end solution including monitoring, revenue metering, RIG, and regulatory compliance services for the North Lancaster Central Antelope Dry Ranch C (CADRC) project. The facility is a 20 MW photovoltaic (PV) generation site, located in Lancaster, CA.
In addition to deploying technological solutions, Trimark is also providing associated services to complete the California Independent System Operator’s (CAISO) New Resource Implementation (NRI) process related to RIG (Remote Intelligence Gateway).
In total, Trimark will provide its CAISO-accredited aggregated RIG, T1-S Gateway™, two CAISO-accredited revenue meters and one owner check meter, a Southern California Edison meter enclosure, a server cabinet to provide physical protection to the computer servers, CAISO NRI services, T1-S Gateway SCADA™, a full featured Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system, a data historian, inverter controls, CAISO-compliant meteorological stations, and network drops.
This end-to-end solution ensures that the North Lancaster CADRC project will have a complete, integrated CAISO-compliant system and full featured controls. Trimark will also be on the ground-level with Rosendin offering CAISO consulting and support – critical insight through the NRI process that eliminates the guesswork from their path to interconnection.
Trimark won the North Lancaster CADRC project based on its extensive experience and thorough understanding of technology for metering, monitoring and controlling utility-scale power production facilities.
