Proven Leadership

We’re passionate about the solutions we engineer, and we’re proud to be leading the transition towards a greener grid. Though we’re known for innovative technologies, including our SCADA systems and Microgrid Controllers (MGCs), we’re defined by the folks who make the magic possible. Nothing we do would be possible without the incredible people here at Trimark—from our Field Techs and CAISO Inspectors, to our Operations Center and Project Managers, and everyone in-between.

Expert Perspective

Why does their job matter?
Trimark team members explain.

Last summer when temperatures topped 117 degrees and power demand reached a record 52 GW, California faced a real threat of blackouts. Our team worked nights and weekends to commission SCADA to control two BESS resources that added 227 MW of critical reserves just in time to help avoid a crisis.

Tom Noble

Director of Project Engineering

We start by understanding our client’s needs. One way we do this is by creating a system block diagram to show Trimark’s equipment and scope. Our customers often rely on our diagrams to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Russell Stansbury

Proposal Manager

Resource owners want to reduce risk, avoid penalties, and maximize revenue. My role is to help customers gain peace of mind and operate confidently in accomplishing their mission.

Tom Short

Chief Operations Support Officer

To avoid chaos and support grid reliability and stability, utility-scale resources must tightly manage Voltage, Frequency, NERC and LGIA requirements. Our control solution allows PV and BESS resources to safely connect to the grid, protect their expensive equipment, and bid into more market opportunities.

Stephen Yee

Director of SCADA Controls

I help users put Vantage to work for effective resource management. As a bridge between customers and our software team, I write documentation delivered on every system screen that explains Vantage functions such as controls and reporting. That answers most user’s questions right on the spot.
