Trimark Announces Promotions to Enhance Client Service
Trimark has announced organizational changes and promotions to bolster the company’s commitment to service excellence.
“Rapid market growth in the utility-scale photovoltaic and battery storage sector means more resources are in construction than ever and all signs show that there are many more projects on the way,” said Mark Morosky, Trimark President and CEO. “I am pleased to announce organizational changes and promotions that support our ability to deliver successful outcomes for our client-partners.”
Trimark has made the following organization changes:
- Dan Brockhaus has been promoted to Vice President of Implementation and Consulting Services. Dan will assume leadership of Trimark’s Consulting Services (TCS) while continuing to guide Trimark’s Engineering Project Management team. Dan brings a comprehensive understanding of Trimark’s services and will build on the synergies between the two organizations to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Tom Short will oversee the Trimark Operations Center (TOC) as Vice President of Trimark Operations Center and Client Relations. Tom will lead Trimark’s efforts to build and strengthen client relationships. Mr. Short was responsible for starting the TOC in 2016 and leading its growth ever since.
- Tom Noble was promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager on the merit of his ability to manage complex projects for Trimark’s largest clients. Tom is also charged with coordinating Trimark’s effort to gain Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 certification. SOC 2 defines and establishes procedures for cybersecurity, data availability, confidentiality, and other measurable standards.
- David Berens has joined Trimark’s IT & Security team as Manager of ERP Architecture & Administration. Berens will continue to deploy Trimark’s NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), streamline business systems and processes, improve data quality, support corporate growth, and provide meaningful information to Trimark’s management teams.
- Carl West and Billy Fague are joining the Business Development team as Sales Associate and Proposal Specialist 1, respectively, to help Trimark respond to continued market growth.
