Trimark today announced five leadership promotions that reinforce the company’s ability to earn client trust, retain long‑standing partners, and support meaningful, sustainable growth. These leaders bring deep industry expertise, proven operational excellence, and a commitment to advancing Trimark’s mission in an evolving energy marketplace.
“These appointments position Trimark to capitalize on emerging business opportunities with a structure that supports service excellence for our customers,” said Mark Morosky, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Robert Hinchman has been elevated to President and Chief Commercial Officer, taking executive leadership of Trimark’s commercial and corporate operations, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Human Resources, and finance and accounting. With more than two decades of experience in business development, project execution, and contracting, Robert has been instrumental in shaping Trimark’s long‑term vision and market position.
Steve Abbott has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, bringing over 30 years of experience across planning, purchasing, development, and commissioning. Steve continues to drive customer engagement and sales growth by helping clients understand their options and connecting them with Trimark’s engineering, delivery, and support teams.
Tom Noble now serves as Vice President of Business Development, where he will lead market growth initiatives, client engagement, and business planning. His 18 years of experience in Project Management and Sales Engineering, supported by a strong technical foundation, positioned him as a key contributor to Trimark.
Dean Fagan has been promoted to Vice President of Realtime Operations, overseeing Trimark’s 24/7 Operations Control Center. Dean leads compliance, technology, staffing, business continuity, and daily operations, drawing on his career experience where he established and managed three, certified Operational Control Centers.
Russell Stansbury has been promoted to Director of Business Development where he manages a team responsible for new and existing customer relations, scope discovery, standardized bids, and proposal generation. Russell applies more than 25 years of experience in the engineering and technology sectors.
Mark Morosky will continue guiding strategic direction and long‑range planning, leveraging his extensive background in engineering, metering, SCADA, and large‑scale program management to support Trimark’s next phase of growth.
