Ken Gaal Joins Trimark as Senior Director of Human Resources

Trimark is pleased to announce that Ken Gaal has joined the company as Senior Director of Human Resources where he will apply more than two decades of HR leadership gained at firms in the energy, aerospace, and education sectors.

Ken is a seasoned business leader and strategist, known for his ability to acquire, develop, and manage top talent in dynamic and complex environments. At Trimark, Ken will lead enterprise-wide human resources initiatives to support Trimark’s continued growth and innovation.

“Ken brings a deep well of experience in aligning HR strategy with business outcomes,” said Mark Morosky, Trimark President and CEO. “His leadership and vision will be invaluable as we continue to scale our organization and develop our people.”

Ken spent 18 years of his career at Aerojet Rocketdyne where he held leadership roles including Director of Human Resources for Talent Acquisition and Development. There, he led efforts to fill more than 1,200 positions annually; established a nationwide campus recruiting program; drove learning and development improvements; and successfully navigated talent integration during multiple M&A activities. Ken also spearheaded major organizational transformation requiring staff relocation across multiple states.

Prior to his tenure at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Ken held an HR leadership role at Calpine Corporation and led recruiting efforts for TSU Staffing.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from California State University, Chico.
