Trimark Adds Proven Training Leader
Trimark is pleased to announce that Colin Tepfer has joined the company as Director of Training and Education. Colin is responsible for growing Trimark’s educational department to serve both internal and external users.
Colin brings more than 20 years of experience building high-impact training programs that translate organizational goals into meaningful human development. His work spans instructional design, learning technologies, coaching, community engagement, and integrating AI into education platforms.
Colin has led educational initiatives for nonprofit and global firms including Salesforce, CyberDefenses, Hewlett Packard, Logitech, Pacific Life, Disney, and The Training Guys.
Throughout his career, Colin has applied human-centered learning to balance strategy with empathy, and innovation with practicality. He’s helped build entire learning ecosystems from the ground up, launched partner academies, and guided clients through complex digital transformations, all while staying grounded in what makes learning stick: relevance, connection, and intentional design.
In his role at Trimark, Colin is charged with creating an education department to serve internal teams, external partners, and customer-facing programs.
