Trimark Names Mark Kellaher as Chief Operating Officer
Trimark Associates has named Mark Kellaher Chief Operating Officer.
“Mark’s executive leadership, large-scale project delivery experience, operational discipline and strategic business management will strengthen our organization and provide tremendous value to our project delivery teams,” said Mark Morosky, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trimark Associates. “His customer focus and experience leading complex service organizations will strengthen our ability to execute at a high level while building systems, teams and processes required for our next phase of growth.”
Kellaher brings more than two decades of experience in renewable energy operations, construction, field services and technology-enabled infrastructure. He has led complex infrastructure and energy projects and helped scale high-performing organizations. Most recently, as Vice President of Operations for energy storage at Primoris Renewable Energy, Mark managed their energy storage portfolio, led growth initiatives, and oversaw 8 GWh of concurrent utility-scale energy storage installations, helping establish the company as a Tier 1 EPC provider.

Kellaher’s background aligns with Trimark’s mission to deliver reliable SCADA, metering and energy management solutions for utility-scale power producers. In his role, he will strengthen cross-functional coordination, improve delivery performance and support Trimark’s continued growth, with a focus on process improvement, customer success, safety and disciplined execution.
Kellaher holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
