Trimark is proud to announce the creation of a new Customer Success Manager position, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and long-term value. The company has appointed Ciara Minion to lead this strategic role.
“Creating the Customer Success Manager role is a strategic investment in our clients’ success,” said Robert Hinchman, Trimark’s Chief Commercial Officer. “Ciara’s deep experience and empathetic approach make her the ideal person to lead this initiative. She understands how to align customer goals with product capabilities and will be instrumental in ensuring our clients realize maximum value from their partnership with Trimark.”
Drawing on more than a decade of experience across B2B SaaS, B2B, and B2C sectors, Ciara will lead Trimark’s Customer Success efforts by partnering with clients to ensure smooth project execution, proactive issue resolution, and strategic alignment. She also drives internal collaboration, develops processes and measures, and delivers actionable insights that enhance customer value across the entire project lifecycle.
Ciara brings a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Her experience spans managing portfolios of up to 400 accounts. She delivers consistent results through proactive engagement, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Prior to joining Trimark, Ciara held key customer success roles at Bookkeeper360, The Remi Group, Baycentric, and PCS Software. Her leadership in onboarding, training, and customer advocacy has helped organizations streamline operations, improve retention, and elevate customer experience. Ciara will be responsible for championing the voice of customers across Trimark’s teams.
