“Even our control system software is designed, coded, configured and deployed by our US experts,” added Morosky.

Recently, a client asked Trimark to certify the origin of every item in our systems as a prerequisite for claiming tax incentives.

“Trimark tracks every component in every assembly by serial number,” explained Kathryn Wright, Trimark’s Vice President of Production & Field Services. “We supported our client’s independent Cost Segregation Study by certifying costs and origin. That documentation proves that our products exceed the requirements for domestic sourcing.”

• US Sourced Materials: Trimark assembles systems in the US from equipment sourced from US manufacturers whenever possible. Trimark meets the reporting requirements defined by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Notice 2023-38 establishing standards for domestic content.
• SCADA Software: Trimark’s SCADA System is architected, built, configured, and commissioned by US software developers and system integrators.
• Security and Networking: Trimark’s Security and Networking is designed, built, and implemented by US based teams.
