Trimark Appoints Chris Gerlach as Chief Financial Officer

New CFO to Guide Company Growth and Efficiency Strategies

Folsom, CA, July 25, 2022 – Trimark Associates, Inc., the industry leader in intelligent energy control, complex metering, and ISO compliance, today appointed Chris Gerlach as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the firm.

As a member of Trimark’s executive team, Mr. Gerlach will guide growth, finance, partnership, and efficiency strategies. In this role, Chris will oversee management of the accounting, human resources, and contract departments. Chris joined Trimark in 2020 as Chief Strategy Officer.

Mr. Gerlach brings more than 20 years of experience in financial, strategic, and executive leadership in industry sectors including renewable power generation and energy storage, telecommunications, road and port infrastructure, and mid-stream oil and gas. Chris’s track record of successfully financed projects exceeds an aggregate value of $10 Billion; $2 Billion of which pertain to the renewables sector. Chris speaks German, Portuguese, Spanish and English, which he has applied to conduct business in more than 20 countries across all inhabited continents.
