Trimark Metering Team Completes Intensive All Hands Event
Eighteen members of Trimark’s Metering team just spent three days together for annual training and team building.
During the three-day All Hands event, Trimark’s Metering team members focused on training to strengthen technical fundamentals and foster collaboration. The sessions covered power system concepts, advanced metering topics, protocol differences, POR and DCF calculations, BESS operations, SCME, CAISO requirements, and detailed meter methodology comparisons.
Hands-on field training included transformer-rated and self-contained metering, plus team-based loss testing exercises to reinforce accuracy and problem-solving. The team also discussed continuing improvements to automation and validation processes aimed at improving consistency and data quality as workflows continue to modernize.
The event showcased strong engagement, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement across the department.
